There's nothing positive in this budget, presented with a psuedo pride of economic development, while, in reality, people are still struggling to meet their basic daily needs.

There's a dim streek of allowances for the middle class, though! But this break in income tax is not going to help the middle-class section, who literally have no income. There's no focus on rural development, inflation and unemployment.

Rather than schemes to encourage savings, the budget is pro expenditure. Moreover, the entire framework of this budget seems to be fitting under pleasing the corporate sector. A lopsided budget that is aimed at developing the North and abandoning the South. In all, this is a highly disappointing budget.
